Sparkling with a
thousand stars, the FOIL EYESHADOW collection from NAM is a collection of
luminous foil eyeshadows in an original silky formula, developed with a
unique sense of colour and knowledge of the secrets of additive pigment
building in eye make-up!
Use colors as you see fit. It is recommended to use a light shadow
on the entire eyelid as a base. Use a darker color for the moving part of the
eyelid. Note to fix the effect, use a primer before applying the
eyeshadow.
